Ezone services will host keywords for your company on short code. A certain number of keywords in coordination with business would be configured on the short code. The keywords would be accessible to all the users of service and they would get the benefit of planning and scheduling etc with the help of the services offered by Ezone services.

| The application would work in the following manner – |
• The user sends an SMS to SHORT CODE with the keyword XYZ allocated and the information requested.

• The reply to this SMS is the required information by your customer from the database provided by your company. |

1. Have an idea of what is the short code and keywords which have been promoted by your company and how to use them. |
2. This has to be highlighted by your company in the market, which can be done by the use of web site, newspaper and TV channels as a promotional medium for the same |
3. Whenever the customer needs to get the services the same process is followed.

Have the correct know how of what are the details of the information required in the text of the SMS that has to be sent. The short code remains the same for the service but the text varies for different service. |
